Sequence of actions when ordering spare parts to be delivered to your region:

• You have to call us on the phone/fax (3513) 24-24-27 or fill in the blank on the left in order to clear up the availability of spare parts you need.
• If the spare parts are available, we will make out an invoice to you and specify transport company which will deliver the goods. Prerequisite for the goods shipment to the new customers will be payment of the invoice. Terms of delivery to the established customers are subject to discussion.
• You will pay an invoice and advise us of the payment order data (in order to speed up the order handling since we may see the receipt on account only on the following day after the money has been remitted).
• Within a day after receipt on the account (i.e. the same or the following day) we will deliver spare parts to transport company and advise you of the waybill number.
• Afterwards you will receive the goods in your local transport company branch paying for transportation on receipt of the goods.
